DETAILED REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

As of April 15 we have finished tryouts for this year. We wish we could coach every kid who wants to learn the game. However, we are constrained by the availability of coaches, don’t want to overcrowd existing sessions, and are limited by our permit with the Town of Dewey Beach to 60 participants.

Please sign up on our waitlist near the bottom of this page. This will entitle you to attend two sessions for free! (You will have to have or purchase a USA Volleyball membership) We may also accept a rare high level player to our advanced group.

Below are instructions to help you register for the tryout waitlist.

1. Go to www.chrva.org (for those living in DE, MD, DC, or NoVa – Others should register in their Region… I.E: NJ=GEVA, PA=KRVA, VA=ODR).
2. Click on the Membership button.
3. Note: if you have an existing indoor / annual membership you do not need to re-apply  Otherwise, sign up for the full annual juniors membership which is $55. Membership for U9 and U10 is $30 and U8 and under is free. 
4. Write-down and record your USAV Membership number. You will need this to register for Sandsharks.

2. Please fill out the form, scan, and upload the scanned copy into Team Snap. Registration and/or participation will not be permitted without a signed medical Release Form.

1. Go to www.sandsharks.net 
2. Press the “Enter Site” button.
3. Read through our program descriptions.  
4. Select the program that best fit your needs (i.e. Young Guns or Club).
5. Click on the registration link provided to you or on the tryout waitlist link.
6. Please fill out the application form and upload any required documents
7. If you have been accepted to the club, pay via credit or online check processing
8. If you are accepted to the club and have completed registration and payment you will receive an invite to join Team Snap - Please accept and follow directions in the invite to join Team Snap.  This application will be used for program rosters, schedules, messaging, communication, and any event delays or cancelations as required.
